American Impressionist and portrait painter Garland Fulghum resides with his wife near Nashville, Tennessee. He enjoys painting EVERYTHING... but people particularly stir him.
He is a member of the The American Impressionist Society. He has pieces in private and public collections including the National Park Service, the Department of the Interior.
